Online Services
At the moment SMC Counselling is mainly operating on an online basis.
This service will be delivered via Microsoft Teams and it will be carried out just as it would be in a Face-to-Face setting. Nevertheless, if you wish to avail of Face-to-Face counselling, I do offer this too.
However, the availability of online counselling allows you to attend counselling from wherever you feel most comfortable. It is also useful as it allows you to access SMC Counselling's services without having to live near the areas where I offer Face-to-Face.

Telephone Services
Here at SMC Counselling, I also offer telephone counselling to those who wish to avail of this.
Although, many people wish to see who they are speaking to when attending counselling, a lot of the population do not wish to use this type of service.
Again, there is research to show that telephone counselling can be just as effective as Face-to-Face counselling and online counselling (but who wants to be bored with research).

SMC Counselling are currently offering Face-to-Face services in the following location:

Prices
Here at SMC Counselling, I offer Online & Telephone sessions at £35 per hour. Face-to-Face sessions have an increased sum of £40 per hour.
Having said this, I am well aware of the current cost of living crisis and the impact this can have on people.
If you are struggling with your finances and wish to engage in counselling, please reach out and I will try to help as best as possible.
These are tough times and I would prefer that people were able to afford access to counselling rather than suffer in silence.
As well as this, I offer an incentive of a reduced cost for ALL students and NHS workers to show my appreciation and support.
